This 16th century very recently converted Granary is situated within 100 metres of the main house. It has its own access with wonderful views out towards the Black mountains and over the main garden. There are two spacious oak beamed bedrooms upstairs, one double one twin, each with its own bath/shower room. There is room for an extra bed on the landing should you need more room. Downstairs offers a large living/dining and kitchen area which is fully equipped with everything you would expect of a tourist board 4 star rating – TV, DVD player, board games etc. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Alongside the kitchen close to the entrance is a cloakroom and loo. Although the cottage is centrally heated there is a woodburning stove in the living area with free wood provided. There is ample private parking adjacent to the cottage, bike storage and a sheltered terrace for sitting out to enjoy the views and for BBQ's.
A welcome pack awaits you of fresh milk, biscuits, coffee, tea and a bottle of something stronger. We can offer the cottage on either a B & B or self cater basis. Sorry no pets.
